Using KelnaTablet version · pilot
Get started with Kelna
A tablet to enter service steps. A display at the pass to see together which tables are waiting.
How it works in a minute
Kelna displays your floor plan and each table’s waiting time. On the tablet, the operator selects a table and records what just happened: guests seated, first visit, order or bill. The pass display reflects confirmed states.
During the pilot, a member of the Kelna team may enter events. This documentation describes the manual workflow currently available; cameras do not trigger service steps.
Three uses, one shared view
