Resolve a problem

Check access, connectivity and the last confirmed action before continuing.

The “Offline” badge appears

Views that are already open keep the last confirmed state in memory and suspend new actions. Timers no longer prove that the latest observations were received. Check Internet access and return to the team’s usual workflow during the outage.

When connectivity returns, check the room before resuming. A full offline reload does not restore room data: only the application shell may be available.

An action has no confirmation

If Kelna offers to retry an action whose response was lost, use that retry. It preserves the same identifier to prevent a duplicate. Do not create another action assuming the first one failed.

If the table changed elsewhere, refresh and check the displayed state before making a correction.

The code or device is rejected

A code lasts five minutes, works once, and is tied to a specific device type. Request a new code if needed and check that you opened the correct view.

A revoked device or an expired authorization requires pairing again. Clearing browser cookies also removes the device identity. A page with no plan requires the Kelna team to check venue preparation.

You can no longer sign in

Use a recovery code if your authenticator app is unavailable. If you lost your password, contact the Kelna team for a recovery link.

Password recovery does not remove two-factor authentication. Never send recovery codes to support.
